Interested parties can register online as exhibitors in a Collector Car Class (Judged) or an Enthusiast Car Corral (Exhibit only), or as an Event Volunteer. Registration begin January 15, 2018 and continue through Friday, August 2, 2018. Please register early, due to the popularity of the event we've closed registration earlier each year. Early registrants will be given preference. Acceptances are sent out during the first week of each month. We look forward to seeing you in August.

Started in 2008 by Wayne Shive, Best Boy & Company was created as a vehicle to give back. As a successful retired entrepreneur and self-proclaimed kitchen "tinkerer," Wayne began to develop condiment recipes that he gave to friends and family. Encouraged by them to start selling these premium condiments to the masses, Wayne decided to use his business acumen to develop Best Boy & Company. He has also received gold and medaled in a multitude of American Culinary Federation competitions, is a Certified Executive Pastry Chef, and was most recently inducted into The Disciples of Escoffier elite chef’s society.
Alison graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida with a degree in Event/Hospitality Management and is currently working on her Masters from the University of Alabama in Health Studies. She has worked in restaurants and most recently a culinary college both in admissions and as an instructor.

The first Melting Pot opened in April of 1975 in Maitland, Fla., just outside of Orlando. It was a cozy, quaint location, and its first menu consisted of just three items: Swiss cheese fondue, beef fondue and a chocolate fondue dessert. However, as the restaurant's popularity expanded, so did its menu and ambiance.
Mark Johnston, who was working his way through college as a waiter at The Melting Pot, noticed the popularity boost and, with the help of his brothers Mike and Bob, scraped together funding to open The Melting Pot of Tallahassee in 1979 (with the blessing of the original owners in Maitland...of course). The Tallahassee location grew enormously popular, and within one year, its success paved the way for future franchise expansion.
